I believe this is unfair to you - Zodiac dogs go for about 3 '09 rares each. Their offer adds up to just over 3 '09 rares total. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong )

There’s a lot going on here. 148 pets and 100C$ for my 29 pets and 5 items. Is it fair?

I use the 2:1 rule for year and rarity differences (2 uncommons = 1 rare from the same year ; 2 2022 rares= 1 2021 rare) so I’m going to remove some pets from each side doing this:

Ok, heads up I am not very good with bulk trades, but I saw that you needed an answer still. I am assuming a standard '09 rare is worth 40-45 C$ each.

I think you can add up the 2011 wizard hats + robes (worth about 1 2011 rare per set, or 1-2 2011 uncommons each item), plus the 2011 purple gown + hat = 3 2010 rares, or ~1.5 '09 rares (around 65 C$)

PLUS

Each horsehair wig goes for 1 '09 rare = 3 '09 rares for those (120 C$)

I'd say 200 of their C$ gets them those old items. Unprofessional deduction but a deduction nonetheless lol
As for the rest, unfortunately I'm still looking through the archives and the "What is this worth" threads If they're worth the remaining 100 C$, then you're golden. I'll update this if anyone has some better advice, or if I find something else. You should wait for a second opinion if you have time to ^^

(4-4.5 nons total)

* Re-released pets, while technically worth the same as their true data counterparts, often trade for a bit less. If trade data reflects a difference between re-released and true date pets, I will use the value most commonly used for either-or.

Thus, your side could technically be worth 0.5 nons more when valuing the UR Tess Cat at 3 nons. If valuing the cat at 2.5 nons, it would be fair with 4 nons on each side.
In my personal opinion, you would be better off keeping your UR Tess Cat and Joker Dog. Animal Egg 3 has demand, but from a smaller section of CS that is primarily looking for a full item collection or a complete animal egg collection. With a bit of patience, you could get the appropriate 1 non for it, but it would not be as easy to trade off as a pet. Their Green Liontail, however, has plenty of demand. This is all opinion-based from me though, so I would suggest getting a second opinion if you're still on the fence about it.
Given this information, I hope it helps you make a decision.

All six items are from the 2011 Medieval Faire.
Based on my search, the plushies are only worth a 2011 uncommon each. They could possibly reach rare levels due to being plushies, but you would have to find the right trader.
The dragons are worth a 2011 uncommon/rare. They are fairly popular, which is why they can sometimes push towards rares.
Using this guide here, I'll calculate some estimate values. * Not everyone follows this guide, it is simply a basis to compare with *
I used EagleEye's list for uncommon values.
When valuing all six items as being worth uncommons, it would be 9-10C$ each. This comes out to 54-60 C$.
When valuing all six items as being worth rares, it would be 20-25C$ each. This comes out to 120-150 C$.
With 195 C$ being asked for, it comes out significantly higher than valuing them all as rares.
Based on these values, it seems like this is quite unfair to you. Please get a second opinion though if you're still on the fence. Hope this helps!
