I always thought it was the string or whatever tied around to keep it's tail on, like how the string is tied around its forehead to keep the horn on :3

I did at first think that, but the string has a different color and look to the fur(next to the lines), which I think maybe could be some kind of pants. (;

If you look very closly, the eyes are diffrent colors.

Hmm... I don't really see it on the sunback. But you can see that on two adults from this litter, the eyes are different colors.

Blue and Green
Blue and Purple

Edit: I just noticed it's on the grown white July too!
Green/Yellow and Blue
