I am so excited about these rats and I have no idea why. XD" They're so colourful~ And I love the tiki mask design, even though they kind of unnerve me in real life.
That coffee-esque puppy is just gorgeous- the colour scheme is beautiful and rich, and I can't wait to see these grown. <3 Same for the little wild ones; I am very, very eager to see them as well. :3 All in all, this is looking like a great month!

I...Wasn't aware that anything was said about not mixing 08s in a second-gen parring? o-o; I don't often pay attention to rarities, especially when designing, and for that matter I don't trade much- I'm sorry if these have created problems for anyone!
They were done as sort of a challenge, and mostly for fun. Someone had suggested they'd look good together, and a few other people jumped in to agree, myself among them. I had to try it, even if they were so similar in colour and design; I don't really know if they're... The best they could have been, but I tried to keep them from being boring.

Usually, when new pets come out for the month, the front page changes to let everyone know there are new pets for the month. That hasn't happened yet, so I addopted late : ( ...wonder why it hasn't changed yet ??

Am I the only one who doesn't really like the kitsunes? They're very nice but something about the tails kind of ruins it for me.

On the other hand, I really like the second gen pups this month. I love the designs of the parents and I'm looking forward to seeing how they come together on the babies. Too soon to tell which one is my favorite though since they all look so similar at the moment.

Took the words out of my mouth-- on both topics, actually. Not very fond of the kitsunes, only because the tails look like the were cut short and a bit stump-ish-- but I can understand it, since you can't fit 9 tails in one pet without taking up more space than a normal pet.

I can only imagine how difficult the idea of such a multi tail is but the 1st thing I thought of was a turkey tail..it was distracting to me..but like other 1st impressions the more I look at it the better I like it.

Sel, you shouldn't have to apologize. There really isn't a "rule" about no breeding 08's, and Tess obviously approved it if it became an adoptable. You were just doing your job and making awesome pets that you thought people would like. Well, the people that feel pressured to get their parents now can deal with it. There's nothing that says you have to get the parents if you have the children. Besides, I'm sure people will probably be more willing to trade the parents now because they'll be in demand (I believe so) and it moves the demand around.

Anyway, you shouldn't feel bad about it. You made an amazing litter, and you shouldn't let a few people bring you down about it. I love the litter and I'm excited for the way it will look. :3

I remember the pairing between a Pink Sorbet and a Blue Ballon, but I don't recall anyone annoyed that they had to "collect" their parents.
But, then again, I wasn't on the forums much.

I love the ponies, even though I'm a bit worried about the fact that you could adopt 14 of them.
That means more missed outcomes for us.
