I just noticed he was a pps! my only one to o_o I also got the GUPPS dog and PPS pup from my adopts to! doing pretty good so far

I gave 28 pets plus 380 chicken dollars for the new GUPPS and I do not regret it. Figured that was the only way I could compete with a rare sitting cat XD

dang, I'm still trying to get the 2017 Gupps. I usually offer C$ since I have way to much of that but people are expecting over 100C $ for it. Its ridiculous. Is it always like this?

Yeah, unfortunately, it pretty much always is. Last year's GUPPS was slightly more common, so people didn't trade as much, but even so I saw people offering up to 50 C$ and older rares. The GUPPS never becomes more than uncommon during its first year, so I really don't understand why people pay such outrageous amounts for something that isn't worth nearly what they paid. If people would stop offering so much overpay, they would be a lot easier to get. It's the people offering upwards of 20 C$ or old rares that make the people who have the GUPPS think "oh I can get A LOT for this, better hold onto it until I get a super good offer!", so then anyone who can't afford, or who doesn't want to, offer such crazy things just can't get their hands on one.

i was lucky enough to get one of each this year, kinda glad i didn't have to trade anything crazy for the GUPPS... demand really shouldn't be so high :0

this is the GUPPS, i believe it's grown-up pps, hence the GUPPS.

GUPPS means "grown up PPS", basically just a pet made as the "grown up" counterpart to a pet that was originally PPS.
