i am actively fighting the urge to start hoarding all snakes....... i get anxious around them irl but i think they're so gosh darn pretty aesthetically and the cs lineart for them is so good....

Do it OwO They're such lovely lines and perhaps by hoarding them here, you can work through a bit of your anxiety irl about them? I know channels on YT like Snake Discovery and Clint's Reptiles are great to watch to help understand snakes and learn about them and experience them without having to see one in front of you irl. Either way I say YES, hoard those snakes 🐍

This was the first pet I hoarded, right around the time I joined the site ^^
They were super common at the time so it was easy to find them in free adoption centers.
There was a BW hoard I tried to start but abandoned a long time ago, now I'm kind of tempted to start up a new one. There are so many cute critters, and I'm really liking the tiny hamsters.

Agreed I absolutely love snakes both here and irl and I used to be afraid way back when but then a friend of mine had me hold a baby corn snake n am like o they are pretty chill and not at all what I thought and now I wish I could own one but my family is terrified of them so gotta wait sorry bout the tangent point is go for it if you like it go for it

In my opinion, disliking an animal in real life and liking its lineart/designs here on Chicken Smoothie isn't contradictory. I'm autistic and cannot cope with touch or physical contact of any kind. I dislike dogs and get extremely anxious around them in real life, because I don't want to be licked, jumped at or touched in any way by them. At the same time, I have loads of mini-hoards of dogs here on Chicken Smoothie, because I like the artists' designs. Long story short: I agree with everyone else, go for it! ♥

ETA: Could someone do me a favour, please? Could someone look at this post on my hoard thread and let me know whether they're able to see all 15 pictures of dragons? Imgur has made so many changes recently that I'm no longer sure my pictures are visible to the public. Thank you so much!

So this event made me start 2 new boards: male Buffalo and the Draft Horses. The Buffalo are done as they sit at 200, but the Draft horses sit around 58 out of 1500 so that has a ways to go 😂 I also now have to find tons of Cupid robes to dress the horses and tons of desert backgrounds for the Bison…should I dress all the pets or leave them be?

I have a few hoards but one of my favs is this one!

Which I have found is also really hard to find people with them for offers, the rarity they aren’t rare or anything with new rarity system yet I find I almost never ever see them especially for trade! So the “hoard” of these I have is only 12 so far haha

my lead dance hairs on contrary of this entire butterfly wolf release has been easier to find even for the rare and non rare on offers and easier to trade for too. Wonder why haha
