I got my staff pet litter one day late so I don't know what I have and don't have. Is there a guide somewhere which shows th certain outcomes so far like they did for the candy event and stuff?

Last year's dog was, indeed, inspired by Hannibal. This year's was not, though.
In fact, this year's dog's inspiration won't be obvious until the final stage.
