Well, the CEG certainly does have more demand than the Spotted Tribal, but since the Tribal is significantly more valuable, I'm sure that'll bridge the gap demandwise. c: I'd personally say it's unfair to the Tribal.

And the offer you've received is unfair to them, although it does look significantly better than the bids you've received, so I honestly would take that.
