He was made to babysit her while the parents were out on a date and the other siblings went to shop/hang out. Hyperactive cubs are a handful; when the family got home, he immediately crashed under said beautiful tree to regain his energy. The older sisters had just been shopping, you know, so they had a plethora of supplies on hand to help their little sister continue playing dress-up with big brother here.

He secretly likes the flowers, he can be vain and he loves how they compliment his striking red-pink fur.
