Not sure if it's bee said but the rainbow mane has "sparkles" around its mane and tail the same color of the section of mane/tail its in. I could see it really well on my phone. You can kinda see it if you change the background color and zoom in. Magic wand doesn't pick up the pixels though. Strange.

I think they might be those blurry pixels you get around images sometimes, not sparkles. ^^
