Atwood: Calm, low-saturation colours & natural-ish pets.
Pluma: Animal themed, perhaps? Maybe round markings on the pets?
Firey: Simple, non-edit pets with abstract or swirly patterns.
DoctorDraca: Darker, 'spooky' pets.
Jadeghost: Plant themes? Ears diffent colour to the rest of the head?
Yagmur: Female-looking pets. Tears/crying pets, perhaps? Long hair, and edits outside of the pet.
Metallic: Heavy on the edits, especially the eyes.
Bernouli: Lots of edits too, especially the tail and sometimes ears. Blue eyes?

Verdana's staff pets:

Lots of line edits, ears, added hair, back mushrooms, muzzle and tail. Takes a more darker/'oddball look' than anything.

Again, line edits. Ears, hair, muzzle to hold butterfly cage, eyes, and tail. Again, takes a more darker 'oddball' look.

Warmer colors with an oddball or dark look is what I'm gonna slide with. Oh, and line edits.
