I think the 2nd gen is new, but the PPS hasn't gone VR yet, just the "evil" outcome of that litter.

When I got a hold of this pet, it was definitely an uncommon, so that must of just turned rare.

And, good thing I got a hold of two of the elementals! Two more to go!
