I'm not saying the design is bad, I'm just saying that it was kinda disappointing for the pups to grow up and not change at all. I was expecting them to change. XP

Although I don't like the designs as much, thats my own personal taste, actually its not really the designs but the colors that I don't like as much. I'm not one for pink and the off-white with light brown on top. But thats not what I'm complaining about, I don't complain about every single litter I don't like the design of. I expect to not like some of the litters X3 Just how the pups grew up to look exactly the same bothers me.

That's why I don't expect anything at all - we often have pups that change drastically and so many that stay just the way they are.
People are generally expecting too much especially when it comes to the newborn stages. Often they chose to hoard newborns only to be very disappointed with the adults in the end. ^_^;;
I always try not to look at the middle stages too much or I end up loving them. ;w;

Personally, I don't like such soft colours. But the blue/purple outcome is really nice. Can live without the pink and brown one though, it is something about their markings that I don't like.

Me too. Pink is not usually a fav color for me, but I love this outcome. And I love how the eyes were done on all 3 of the dogs in this litter. <3

The puppies looked like they had such potential, like they could grow into something really cool-looking.
And they grew up into exactly what they looked like they would grow up into.
That just seems to boring to me, like at least not make the puppies look exactly like the parents?
I don't know, just seems like a lot more could have been done with them.

I've seen shortcakes and they do resemble them loosely. For the top...Pink (Strawberry), Blue (Blueberry) and Tan/Brown (Chocolate/Butterscotch). The bottom one reminds me too much of the Eclair. *drools*

The PPS is pretty but it just doesn't look like he belong in the family. He has a long tail and I just don't see the peahen in him.
Overall it's a very lovely family, though =3 My favorite so far is the first adult, I adore that pup so much <3

He is the blacksheep I bet I like the fact not all of them are bobtails I like the tail on him

Personally, I think it's charming that they've grown into what they looked like without major changes. I thought the design showed promise, as they did, and I sometimes get disappointed when the adults are drastically different. Is it bad when they're majorly different? Nah, they always suit someone, and the designs are normally nice. But I think it's refreshing to see the designs last, and have some pups with a more relaxed not-so-busy feel to them. And, I think these changed just enough to put finishing touches and polish on the adults. Just my humble opinion. ^.^

(And not trying to discourage your opinion, Noleah, just sharing my own perspective in comparison to what you've shared.
