A Seal PPS would not, is not, and will not ever be worth a non-jewel. It won't even be close. In fact, if someone did that, the person with the nonjewel would probably be arrested for attempted murder. A non-jewel is worth A LOT, it competes up there with the Sundog, UR mint horse, Non-Tag, etc. You can see a pretty accurate list here (but you should always check the Is This A Fair Trade thread if you're unsure).

As before, something like a UR mint horse, Sunback, etc. Pretty much anything right above or below it.
