I just finished my deer collection!



This guy was so hard to find, but I did it!
This isn't counting store, but I'm almost done in that regard too.

Now to await the inevitable deer UR

I haven't posted here in a long time, but thought it would be nice to share that I finally knocked off the last general release pet I was missing!
I now have a complete store pet and general release collection, only 15 of those pesky URs left to go c':

I was originally just going to focus on hoarding and single outcomess that I like, but I'm thinking I want to go for a full otter collection

I would definitely encourage you to do so! especially as a new species, it's a lot (relatively) easier to get a full set of them right now versus in five years (or longer) when there's a lot more and probably several rare and hard to find ones. then you only need to focus on maintaining the collection versus "playing catch-up" while *also* sending out dozens of trades to get the newest release.

Last year I made a lot of progress in my collections!

I almost succeeded in my goal to collect every common and under pet, with only a handful missing after the rarity change update. As I moved on to every uncommon pet, I decided to only collect from 2015-2023, since trading for previous years didn't interest me as much. I now have 31 wishlist pages for every pet I'm missing from 2015 on, plus some species collections and hoards.

I also decided to resort my groups to keep track of monthly collections, and in doing so learned I'm only missing 76 monthly pets from 2015 on, which will be my next goal!

Species collections:

You've collected at least 400 different Deer! 🎉

You've collected at least 100 different Draft Horses! 🎉

You've collected at least 300 different Fennec foxes! 🎉

You've collected at least 25 different Zebras! 🎉

Another thing I did last year was start a collection thread & resort my groups, both of which are helping me sort my pets.
My goal for this year is to finish my monthly collections, finish at least 1 event collection, and finish at least 1 species or themed collection - UR included.
I also want to make more themed collection groups, like merpets and hearts <3

I rearranged all my animal eggos on my birthday doggo. (: I don't know if I'll ever get 1-8, or 10-11 but seeing all my eggos together is satisfying xD Other than the old ones I'm missing #95 and I thought I was missing another one but idk which one 🤔

Ahhhhh! So cute c: That is super impressive. Never say never! Now that the item re-release is a thing, I feel that at least there will be some more in circulation. But you're right.. insanely expensive. c: I believe in you though!

I'm finally starting to reap the benefits of the trading grind. Last year was insanely good for me collection-wise.
All I need is the Ur malk dog to complete 2010 (which is one of the biggest amount of Ur years.. and the bane of my existence c:) Yay! No list fodder left!! haha

I just completed 2023 and 2022!!!! Im so excited. i’m also so close to 2008, only 14 pets left!!!

I wholeheartedly expected to not actually get this dude. I had a spare UR pancake I planned to hold onto and let brew for a while, and I saw someone happened to be doing a 1:1 swap. I figured someone beat me to him but I guess I got lucky! I knew one day I'd have a s'more so 😍

despite the lack of progress, i think managing to achieve two URs makes up for it quite a bit ! as for the remaining years, it goes as follows:



2023: missing 4
2013: missing 1
2012: missing 4
2011: missing 6
2010: missing 7
2009: missing 22
2008: missing 10



perhaps i'll see to the end of this goal next year lol. good luck to everyone else and happy collecting !! :)

a very brief follow up on this ! i'm now down to 39 bwolves remaining. i've received a very generous gift from a dear friend for my birthday yesterday, and with that i have finally completed 2011 and 2023 !! extremely happy with the progress and i am hoping to tackle this dream of mine once and for all this year. <3
