Not sure if this has been mentioned, but does anyone else think these guys will be chrysalis or pupa of some sort? Its giving me veiny vibes maybe grubs to tie into the “fresh” newborn stage?

Wasn't there also a movie where nearly a whole town wore the Guy Fawkes mask or something? I think it had Vengeance in the title? I never actually watched that movie, just remembered seeing the masks in the previews as I fast-forwArded through the commercial lol.

The day 5 chick makes me think of cookies and cream. The first one being possibly birthday cake, makes me wonder if these are Hershey kisses flavors. They do have both of those as flavors.

FAWKES MASKS! I never really knew of the history of Fawkes Night/Bonfire Night so it was an interesting read up. Thanks ChickenSmoothie, I learned something new! 😄

Ah, now that you showed one of the ship / sundial rats i can see that the little ones are in fact not s´mores... they have little ships painted on them how cute (and here i was naming them coffee, chocolate, crisp and so on

I am curious how they all will look when they grow up. <3

I'm also seeing the veins on these, though to me they look like veins on flower buds or petals.
I could see pupa/chrysalis too, but I'm not familiar with any that are this pretty pink

I was thinking petals myself, so I went to see what apple blossoms look like, and what do you know:



The buds in the background are that same super dark pink as the foal, and even the petals on the mature flower have visible veins and a tinge of pink. Also, there are lots of Lepidoptera species whose caterpillars feed on apple trees (leaves, fruit, bark, etc), so the PPS is probably either one of those or a generic "caterpillar."

only a few of mine grew up today, so I feel like it could go either way in terms of luck. ^_^
