You should also add this because some people were wondering about the huge amount of Zebras at the beginning of the month:

Er... I'm talking to Tess via MSN, the chance of getting a zebra was WAY higher than normal. (7% I think, if you adopted all 20 ponies) BUT there was a problem and there were more than expected... However, it was fixed 8 minutes after the release, so now there should be less.

The value will still be 'OMG so rare' for the current ones. xD

I have the UR christmas dog.
Heres something very interesting.
I got him first thing in the morning and later in the day there was a message saying something next to his addoption page. I think it was something to do with the sight going down or somehing. Does anyone know why the 09UR dogs are UR?

The author hasn't updated his topic, but check out the top post on this page, the story of the UR dog is up there. But all UR pets are pets released that were never released as pets previously.
On Dec 18th, pets are released in the advent that were available in the previous adoptions. But, you have a small chance of receiving a pet that was never released. AKA, the pets besides the Zebra themselves, though their adoption is similar, though available throughout the year.
