Its trading newer members pets that they want which might not be so rare, usually for rare pets. It's like a form of hazing only gentler.

I traded a Malk plushie for an uncommon dog from February, an uncommon dog from April, an uncommon bunny, a common pony, and one of the 2nd gens from this month. Wow. I mean, I personally do not place this much value on items, and was not expecting nearly this much.

I'm going to defend Lynx.

Getting a zebra for an uncommon dog is not scamming. If she said "The zebra is worth this", then it is scamming. If she didn't say that, and the person freely chose to trade their zebra, it was their choice, therefore she didn't scam them.

It's just a form of ninja-trading. If that's what the person wanted for the zebra, and they're both happy, why do values matter? Sure, it wasn't all that fair, but if they're both happy, I see nothing wrong with it.

That's kind of how I got one of my favorite dogs, the black June '08. I asked what they wanted, and they said they wanted 2nd-gens. It's what they wanted, and it's what I wanted, so I don't find anything wrong with that.

I'm not trying to be rude in any way, just stating my opinion.

My second Black Advent, Shadow, I got for three huskies. I would have given them more, but they only wanted the huskies.

So while it was technically unfair, they wanted it that way. Not a scam. That could be what happened there.

When i get a random trade saying somthing like "i saw that you dont have one of these outcomes, do you want this?" it just makes me so happy and then i go out and try to find someome else a pet they would like but dont have *happy sigh* ahhh...

I traded one of those rare purple dogs from last Halloween ('08) for an August '08 brown pup! The person really wanted it, and I really wanted my pup, so.... We're both happy!

Haha I beat you! And I love the name! I named my moon puppy DreamDust. I thought of the name LONG before I ever had the chance of getting a moon dog!

Don't attack Lynx unless you know for sure if the other person had no idea. I look at a lot of trades listed here, and I see dogs given for free and etc. It seems strange to me that you attack Lynx in particular. All of these could be scams

If there were any good trades, then the "good" was on the other person's side, since I had a Black Advent spare, and I traded it away for nothing. xD Of course, I had no idea on how Rare it was.

Lynx never specified whether the person edited back like that on purpose or etc.

She edited back with it. She said she wanted that dog specifically for the zebra.
I did not scam her. I sent the trade asking what she wanted for the zebra, she edited back with the dog. I accepted. Done. No lying involved.
