Could anyone help me with filling the gap in this trade?

I am fairly certain it is unfair to the bottom, (UR Aussie = non-swirl + sorbet, and BE galaxy = 2 balloon dogs + sorbet). So the gap WITHOUT the UR ice cat would be 2 balloon dogs.

So now I just need to know the gap between the UR ice cat and 2 balloon dogs, I think. ie., what is the value of 2 balloon dogs?
