- yes this is fair, it's a swap. the cat on your side is leafpool and the cat on their side is rowanclaw, both warriors.

No the Dogtag doesn't really have good demand. Not a lot of people offer for the Dogtag and they usually don't offer fair trade for them.
I've come up with a new recipe!

I had a Dogtag for over a year and I can say that the demand had not high. I barely got UR BW with Non for him.
