Rarity wise yes it’s technically fair, however demand wise I’ve seen the advent 09 cats go for more.

Unfair to you. There are 19 items from 2011, 6 from 2012, and 5 from 2013 which all are worth an uncommon from their release year. The elf tail piece, fins, and the big floating island can go for a rare depending on the person you're trading. So you're side is worth a little under 6 2010 rares and that's valuing everything at an uncommon while your partners side adds up to just a little over a 2010 rare. You might keep in mind that many of the items there have decent demand but that's up to you and your trade partner to factor in.
