Summer event ideas!

I personally think that something involving all the previous events could occur. Think about it. It's the 10 year anniversary of chicken smoothie what better way to celebrate then to mesh all the summer holidays together? Which is why I think the time machine event is most plausible xD due to you needing to go back in time to see the previous events. And with this month's litter I kinda found a pattern with the pets.. They all looked like they could be based off old events. The space pups and ocean cats and finally the candy looking caterpillars... So that's my main theory at the moment!

I'm surprised CS hasn't released any teases yet :o they'd usually start around this time...

actually, i would say too look out for the first tease tomorrow or thursday, as the event usually happens on friday or saturday and there are usually two days of teases before that.

personally i don’t see the video game thing happening- too many chances for copyright.
i think our most likely possibilities are jungle/safari, camping, or carnival. events i’d personally like to see would be;
mythology (greek/roman)- i just like the thought of pets based off of our favorite god’s and goddesses, as well as some vases and maybe even some more farming things. also, who doesn’t love their clothes? they’re so cool!
fae/fairytale- i saw this mentioned several times, one of which in great detail. i think it’d just be cool to see some more cool animals, but mostly the items. there could be lots of bio-luminescent plants and animals, and just very magical looking things in general.
jungle/safari- this just seems really cool and like a good chance for new linearts! also the amazing plant items we could get from this.
camping- honestly at first i hated the camping idea, but now i’m seeing how good it could be. we could get more BEARS !!! and the plants, trees, and grass items we could get and just too amazing to think about. there’s also quite a bit to do at campgrounds so it could work. you could also tie in magic or the fae idea to this.

Could be nothing, but I DO notice it because of said previous experience.

If I did not work tomorrow, I would stay up late to see if we get late night updates like in the past. Though I might not sleep due to occasional insomnia and can check.

It’s likely that Nick will do a bit of maintenance to the site this week, most likely when I’m asleep. He probably upgrades the server to a better one because of all the active players during the event.

This will be my second summer event! I remember last year’s idea thread turned into a “sacrifice the staff until they give in” thread, which was pretty fun haha

But I don’t think something that big will happen this year on this thread, seeing how we’ve only discussed ideas and the event is quickly approaching.

LOL, I remember when it all started back in the Egypt event with the mystery of the royal pyramid bathroom...
Hopefully the thread won't go too crazy this time. Joking around is fun, but it went a little overboard last year. (No pun intended, but it was an underwater event, haha.)
Also, I think I'll be a Saver instead of a Sacrificer.

After watching the Back to the Future series recently, I think a time travel event like that would be cool, with alternate dystopian timelines and the Wild West.

Well baking stuff in the oven until it rises and turns into a golden fluffy brown, the chocolate chips melt into the dough, and the crust sugars sheen with hints of cinnamon and vanilla, topped with chocolate fudge, it make for a very delicious cake!

not to kill the fun of sacrificing, but i recall reading a post where they said they’d lock the threads if it started up again. last year it got completely out of hand (in my opinion), and was ridiculous.
anyway the event should start friday or saturday, so teasing is in the very near future!
