unfair to the bottom.
rarity-wise it would be fine, but if you consider dates they are one and two years off for some pets.
so if you're not too fussed about dates, they've got it fine rarity-wise.

I believe it's unfair to the bottom because it's 2014's and 2015's for
2013's and 2014's. A 2014 uncommon is worth a little more than
a 2015 uncommon.

Pretty unfair to them, even if staff pets have demand this is very much overpay for them. I would just have them add a 2014 common of around the same month to have it fair and have everything else removed.

If you wanted to keep the very common dragon on there I'd say they should add another late 2014 uncommon VERY COMMON (that was a bad typo!) or so to make up for the rarity difference. The dragon is from earlier in the year but isn't worth quite enough for a common that close in age.

That is the Growing Strawberry pet from April 2009 and it is worth about 40 C$ give or take, so it is nearly fair

Demand? The dark pawprint is on the Mainlist o believe, and the list is what Peta are valued more at. So it is unfair to them demand wise aswell, though the rats species has bad demand, since people don't like pets irl, so I'd take it, but find someone that loves or hoards rats
