The target dog does indeed have better demand than the stripy september, but the stripy september is worth 2 mid-advents more. I personally wouldn't go for it.

I agree, it's extremely unfair to the zebra. Even though it has bad demand, it's not as awful as people tend to think, and you'd need to add a non and a mid below gap main list to the bee's side to make it fair for rarities.
