Are any of these fair?
If not what should be changed?

Non-swirl + Blue Balloon = July PPS
Non-swirl + Blue Balloon + Red Rose = July PPS

Non-tag + Gearback Tribal = July PPS
Non-tag + Gearback Tribal + Raven Dog = July PPS

I've been told the July PPS only go for about a non. I got a GWJ, blue balloon, and a few Septembers. and that was only after a lot of hassle looking for people who would trade. I would say all of the above are unfair to the other person except maybe the first one.

Demand wise no. Drafts are very unpopular and valued far less, since people are unwilling to pay their real value, so they're also hard to trade off.
