Yours is a re-released pet from jan. 2009, so you would overpay alot.

The first one is immense overpay, the dog is a high september (2-3 MA value) and the Shima, while popular, is not worth that much. With demand it usually goes for a low-mid advent

2nd is a little more fair, but still overpay since both of the store pets are worth quite a bit (and the 1:1 trade rarity-wise is fair with the litter swap, but with shima demand, adding more makes it 'fair', but the store pets are still quite a bit of overpay imo. I'd double check with others about this once since I'm still fairly new to rarity
