Originally there was a really tiny chance of getting a zebra every time you adopted a horse, but that was stopped some time ago. Seems like it has been started again, then ^^

Never heard of it.
But where I live Valentines is not really a big deal. People in a relationship (and mostly young ones, though I have seen a few middle-aged men buying flowers as well) might give each other flowers or go to a restaurant or something, but that's about it.
