Will trade this pet for multiple event rares or rares from ‘10 and ‘11

Well, you can add 2011 AND 2010, you can only swap a 2010 rare for a 2010 rare.
If you're looking to trade the rat for quantity, it's worth :
2 2011 rares, 4 2012 rares, 8 2013 rares.
(but I personally think the best option to go for would be 2011' & '2012, be warned that not
many are willing to trade quantity, especially for a rat when including dogs unfortunately.)

That person is overpaying quite a lot. Even despite the warriors demand.
A 2014 storepet is worth a mid 09' rare, and a lot of people like those realistically-designed storepets.
(( And with the warrior cat demand, only some have special special demand, like scourge, ravenpaw & spottedleaf, and most of the recognisable rares/older ones, the 2010 uncommons are easy to get if you know who to trade. ))

2016 R = 4 2016 UC = 2 2015 UC = 2014 UC = 2013 C = 2012 VC = 2011 OMGSC

they have 2 2013 pets, you have 1 2013 pet. (you need to add 1 more.)
they have 6 2014 pets, you have 3 2014 pets. (you need to add 3 more.)

They have a 2017 rare, which is fair for your 2015 uncommon chicken

2017 R = 4 2017 UC = 2 2016 UC = 2015 UC = 2014 C = 2013 VC = 2012 OMGSC

your 2015 pet is worth the 2015 pet (bunny) on their side,
the last pet (2017 pet) is fair for one of your 2017 pets, but for the rest, need to add 2 2016 uncommons.

The 2017 uncommons are fair for one of their rares. The other rare on their side,
you need to remove the 2016 rat and add another 2018 rare.
(2 2018 rares = 2017 rare)
