Not in my opinion. The coon newborn can really turn out to be a coontail, and then it would be unfair for the coontail. Of course, if it turn out to be a noncoon that would be a fair trade.

Please note, that the galaxy newborns that are still under blankets are all CE galaxies -Black eyed galaxies came out from their blankets yesterday. I think that BE galaxy + blue balloon would be quite fair for the coontail, but CE galaxy + blue balloon wouldn't be.
