Ebony ♂ & Iroryi ♀

I remember you from when I was young,
Just a giddy, but lost, soul
I knew that it was much to hard to think
When you were in front of me.

Then we frolicked, played, danced,
In the shining sun
Like Earth and Sky we could not depart,
But that I only thought.

When you left, my young heart
Was as broken as could be,
And then I thought my only thought:
How could she run from me?

Might have a story coming up with this pair. <3

Yeah, probably been done already, but they are so cute grown and I think are a cute pair. ^^;
Vincent Van Gogh. Everyone said to him, "You can't be a great painter, you only have one ear." And you know what he said? "I can't hear you."

Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.

(It's a motherly love relationship)

~Story Coming Soon~

Wrote part of their story:

However long my childhood lasted, I wish I had cherished it more. When I see the young pup Kent playing around, I realize I never played in my childhood. He makes me envious of the life I never had.
The other day, he said to me, “Who did you play with when you were a kid?”
“Nobody,” I told him. “I played alone.”
He paused for a moment then, and said ‘That’s no fun.” He looked up at me and shrugged. “Why’d you play alone?” His eyes had that curious, innocent quality that makes you not want to answer his question.
“Because I couldn’t.” I replied. “My parents wouldn’t let me.”
His eyes grew wide. “Why not?”
“I don’t know, Kent.” I said. “I really don’t know.”
His eyes searched mine. “Okay,” he said finally. “I guess that works.”
He went off to play with some stick on the ground. I watched his wide eyes study the stick from one end to the other. I could see that he was thoroughly enjoying his inspection, too. I had never seen any other pup play that way, and I was curious as to why, so I decided to ask him.
“Kent,” I said slowly. “Do you remember your parents?”
“No,” he said, not taking his eyes off the stick. “Not really. All I remember is their shape.”
“Did you ask anyone before you came to me about them?”
“No,” he said. “I don’t care about my parents.”
I took a step back, bewildered. “Why not?”
“Because they were mean.”
“And how do you know that?” I was beginning to become confused.
“Because the only memory I have of them is them fighting.” He said, as if that explained everything.
I sighed. “One memory doesn’t explain everything, Kent.”
He looked up at me. “What?”
I shook my head. “You’ll understand sometime.”
I suppose I’ll never figure out why he plays that way, but I have found out other things about him. I’ll need to keep a sharper eye on him from now on, too.

omg i love this and its so different ^_^ ♥

Le Corbeau {m} ♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ Unloved {f}

{Earlier parts }

Howls broke my concentration. Sniffs could be heard and shouts, yelps, growls, and over all great blood-thirst.

Panic

I turned towards the voices, my tears finally slipping onto the fur of my cheeks. I had led them to him! I was stupid to run, of course the crowd noticed! And now they were going to trap him, kill him. Quickly, I looked over at him and shook my head slowly.

"I-I-It's over. I'm s-so sorry."
I had failed with the only secret I had. I was going to lose him, the only one who cared for me. Who told me every time he saw me that my name shouldn't be what it was.

"It's not over yet, Dove. Hide. Please."
It was the first time I had ever heard him sound cold towards me. His eyes were boring into my own and I knew that this wasn't going to work out. I was going to lose him.

"N-No, I c-can leave y-you to the p-pack of h-hungry w-w-wolves!"

But with one look from his intense gaze and felt as small as a mouse. And gave a small nod and slunk off to a cluster of bushes. I couldn't argue with that stare...

Then everything happened in a span of a few minutes but it felt like thousand years.
The pack got closer and closer - I could tell by the noise they were making growing ever louder - but I only had eyes for on wolf: Le Corbeau. He took a deep breathe, straightened up, and I saw his muscles tense readily. He was actually going to fight the whole pack. Before they would hear, I whimpered to show him how I thought this was such a bad idea but the only sign I saw that he noticed was that his ear flicked towards me. Then we weren't alone.
The Alpha male was at the lead and when he saw him, he snarled.

"We are tired of being the victims, of watching you kill off our pack one at a time! We'll end this now."
Wait a moment, no one has been killed since I had befriend him. Why are they worry- Oh no. I had realized something. If no one else had lost their lives, did that mean that-that I was the next on Le Corbeau's list? Would he kill... me?
Then at least six of our strongest hunters lunged at him, all at once.
My heart almost stopped.
They nipped at his tail, his ears, his throat, his precious wings. They were merciless. But he was strong, so strong. Then they started to try to pin him down. They trapped his wings by using ropes that I figured they had gathered near where the humans lived. He was hurting, he was growing weak with so many attacking him at one time.
I started to move up from my crouch beneath the bushes but he noticed my small movement. His golden eyes bore into mine and I knew that he wanted me to be safe, to stay out of it. Torn, I kept back and waited, waited, waited.

As if time moved so slowly, his headed hit the ground hard. They had finally pinned him.
NoNoNo!!
He didn't let his pain show but as the Alpha got closer, a deep rumble sounded. I glanced around, the setting sky was clear. Then I realized it was coming from Le Corbeau. He growled like no one I knew could. It was seriously chilling for it caused my hackles to rise and my heart stuttered slightly.

"Mutants don't belong here, they don't belong anywhere..."
The Alpha sneered. Then I saw the midnight black form rise up from the ground - having mustered what must have been an incredible amount of strength - and bit the Alpha right on his soft nose. That caused the lead wolf to rear back in surprise and a few drops of blood fell onto the grass.
It was an act that proved how much he wasn't like us. The order of packs was pointless and lost on him so he showed they by teasing the Alpha.
"Take him away!"

They didn't even bother to pick him up. They purposefully dragged him across the roughest terrain made up of roots, rocks, thorns, and even patches of burs. I watched in numb shock. They were breaking his spirit. How could anyone come back from that?
Once the voices dimmed, I shakily stepped out of my hiding place.

"No... No..."
I was shaking all over again. Tears filled my eyes once more as the last few minutes replayed over and over and over again. THis couldn't be happening. I have to do something! But what, I'm just one person trying to save everyone's swore enemy. I let out all the sobs I had been holding in, then I dried my tears, perked my ears and started off towards the village. I couldn't just sit here and cry.

Everyone had gone to sleep by the time I had entered the village. Being so frazzled I had lost my way a few times but soon enough I had found it, of course. The tears threatened to spill as I laid my blueblue eyes on the center where the crowd had gathered to create the hunting party. There was a make-shift cage - of all things, a cage! - and in it was a curled up Le Corbeau. After checking that we were indeed alone, I ran to him and as I got closer my breath caught in my throat, and I was afraid it might strangle me.
Feathers were bent or missing, clumps of his soft fur had been ripped out, scratches and cuts were gouged deep and blood - golden like his beautiful eyes - was oozing out of the deepest wounds only to mat his dark fur. His back was to me but I didn't care. I had heard the insults and taunts that had been howled at him from in the forest. Terrible, horrible words had been thrown at him.

"I-I'm so s-s-sorry. I should h-have done s-s-something before t-they b-b-b-broke you!"
I whispered, the tears spilling down my fur. He didn't move. Didn't speak. I sat there, waiting for another thousand years. Then, he picked himself up and making not a single rustle of noise, he turned to look at me. His eyes showed hurt, the very same hurt I had seen when I had first met him, and I knew he was scarred for life - physically and emotionally.
I closed my eyes, not able to see him like so, and a cold nose touched my tears.

"Why do you cry so, Lady Dove?"

♦♦♦

My eyes opened wide.
A small smile touched his face but it didn't reach his eyes. There was too much pain to be so happy. My sobs returned, ten-fold.

"I c-can't lose y-you!"
Already, even though for the few times I had spent with him, I wouldn't leave him, I could never live without him. His teasing smile, his warm eyes, those glorious wings. I hadn't told him but after meeting him I've had dreams about flying, soaring through the clouds with such ease as he has.
That familiar warm chuckle reached my ears and I longingly pressed my forehead closer towards him.

"I'm not going anywhere..."
His voice was soft and smooth but I could still hear the pain laced across his words.
Just as I was about to disagree, a few low growls reached my ears. Of course! Why wouldn't they have guards when they had been loathing the murderer for so long.
"Please, go..."
I looked at him, the oncoming males, and gave a small whimper. This wasn't what I had thought would happen at all to me. Ever. He made a small growl himself and I followed his wishes. With one last look to my broken shadow, I hurried to my den. I couldn't get comfortable, I couldn't sleep knowing he could be killed tomorrow at the earliest.

But as I curled tightly, my tail touching my nose, I tried to block out the noise coming from the 'prison'. They were tormenting him. I just knew it. I didn't sleep a wink knowing they were hurting him further. It was unfair and cruel, my pack had turned into nothing more than- than humans! We didn't need to do this, yet my pack found it perfectly acceptable? But I couldn't do anything. I mean, I could but it would be against his wishes. And I could only hope that he had a plan...

When I 'woke' up, I knew that something was going on. The chitter chatter - loud enough for me to know it was a crowd - was streaming from only one place I could think of that would matter. My fatigue instantly fell away as I jumped to my paws and raced with much haste, my heart beat began a hurried rhythm, reminding me of a deep large drum being pounded mercilessly. It was all I could hear except for a faint cheering, the cheering of most likely something I didn't want to hear or see.
I pushed my way to the front of the crowd, throwing all precautions to the wind, and I felt as if I was going to have a heart attack. The bars of the cage were gone but in its place to keep the p r i s o n e r from escape, was the rope that the whole pack had gathered. The rough strands had already cut into his wrists and ankles. His head was bowed - not in defeat but in pain. At least, that was what I was hoping it was... His wings were lashed to his sides and the once-silky feathers were bent or missing all together. Golden blood was pooling slowly at his feet.

No, no! This isn't suppose to happen! This can't happen!! I thought I could have done the right thing this time, I thought- I thought I would finally have someone to love me... I mused to myself, my cornflower-blue eyes as wide as they ever had been and having sights for only one person, one person that actually meant something to me.
As if he had heard my very own thoughts, his beautiful eyes looked up and directly ahead at me. For a moment we locked gazes and it was as if everything that needed to be said was without a single word. Then, the most miraculous thing happened.
He gave me a sly but defiant smirk that I was sure only I could see, even if he was being brutally beaten.
And then a great rumble of thunder shook the very ground. Everyone stopped to stare up at the sky but as he lifted his head with humble but powerful worldly difference, and then...
Then the strangest thing took place that I knew I would never forget.

With as much flash and sound as a supernova, he just... disappeared. Everyone who had taken part in the hunting of him dropped to the ground in pain. I knew it was revenge for being so terrible to him and I also knew it wouldn't last. They would all get better. Eventually.
I couldn't move. I could barely think. I felt numb, so numb that without warning - maybe a slight warning - he just up and left. Me. Left me. I-I thought things were different than that between us.
The whole pack distracted for at least a few minutes, I turned and fled to the forest. I would live there if I had to. I knew how to hunt. I knew where the freshest water was. I had done almost every job in my 'former' pack so I could hunt - fairly well... But there was no way I was going to stay with the pack. I was finally old enough to leave. Find my own life. I didn't want to just be a den-mate. How could I just sit in the den, feeding the pups, while my mate had all the fun?
I had already had a little taste of the sweet but daring flavor of adventure, and I was not ready to let that go.

Aki [m] + La Fragi Amour [f] + Donner [m]

I turned with a sudden fury. My large snake of a tail went flying like always. I unknowingly knocked over a pristine vase; it's gentle beauty fell to it's impending death. The glass object shattered against her wood floors. It sounded like music.

I felt like I was ready to cry, but when I glanced up at La Fragi Amour, her lips were curling upwards. She let out a small, pretty giggle before she burst into choking laughter.

I couldn't help myself. I began to laugh, too.

____
Perhaps my /wut/iest pairing yet, right? And if I finish the story, I promise this won't end like you think. ;D
And uhm, that is Donner, right? >w>; I hope so, ahaha.

Elizabeth[f].............Jack[m]

Part 1

I feel like I knew her, once. A long time ago.

My name is Jack. I am 17 years old, and I am in love with a girl who died 5 years ago.

She visits me in my dreams. She heals me. And I gave my heart to her.

---------------

"Who are you?!" I demanded franticly, glaring at her. "Elizabeth. Please, do not be scared." She cooed in a silky voice, smiling. She has scars on her chest, and some had not closed yet, and blood seeped out of them. "Why are you here?" I had calmed down a bit, but I still stood my ground. "I need your help." She insisted, her expression growing solomn. I nodded, lowering my defensive posture. "Okay, fair enough." I said, scanning her battered body. Despite being gored, she had a beautiful figure. I opened my mouth to speak, but no words came out of my mouth. She chuckled sadly. "You must be wondering why I look like this." She murmered, looking down at her bloodied chest. "I was murdered." I frowned, and took a step closer to her. "Who killed you?" She looked up at me with stunning brown eyes, that captivated me, and drew me in closer. "I don't know... that's why you need to help me. You need to tell my family I am at peace. Then you need to help me find out who my murderer was." I smiled at her, and shook my head no. "This is just a dream. You're not real." She frowned, and shook her head. "That's what all of the others said. Maybe you're not the one to help me." She murmered, my ears straining to her her musical voice. "No." I said, a small smile streaking my face. "I mean- I'll help you. Who is your family?" She lifted her head, her beautiful eyes twinkling with delight. "My mother, father, and little brother, live not too far from you. 1356 Oak Drive. A beautiful, white house." I nodded, her face blurring. "What's happening?" I asked, darkness closing in. "It's time for you to wake up." She said, and I watched her fade away.

My gooey eyes opened, sunlight warming my body as it streamed in through my open window. I sat up shakily, eyes adjusting to the light. The scent of bacon and other morning foods wafting into my nostrils. I streched my arms above my head, scootching out of bed. I began to wonder how I saw going to tell my mother where I would be. At a friend's house? The thought began to slip outside of my mind as I walked into the kitchen, my father already at the table, reading the morning paper. I turned my attention to my mother, who was slaving away at the stove, a plain white apron stained with grease wrapped around her waist. "Hi mom." I greeted, a small smile spreading across my face. Her ears perked at my name, and she turned around to face me, leaving her cooking duties to rest for a moment. "Jack!" She exclaimed with a grin, "You're up!" I chuckled, hugging her. "Yeah, mom. I'm not going to be a troll that live's in my room." She laughed, motioning towards the dining room table. She had the most beautiful augh, that sounded like wind chimes in the breeze. "Sit down, love. Food is almost ready." I pulled out a chair, and sat down at the table next to my father. "Lovely morning." He said, peeping out from behind the newspaper. I could hear his tail wagging as it thumped against the table leg. "I nodded, the smile still on my face. "Sure is." I said, turning to look outside. The sun was out, and there wasn't a sign of any clouds in the sky. I heard the kettle go off for coffee, and my attention got redirected to my mom. "It's ready!" She chirped, pouring the hot water into the coffee press. As my mother brought the food and coffee to the table, I found my time to speak.

"Mom, dad, this afternoon I need to.... um.... drop something off at Griffin's house." Griffin was my best friend, so hopefully my parents would believe me. "What exactly are you dropping off?" My dad asked in an even tone, peering over the newspaper to pour some coffee in a mug. "Um... math book. He forgot his at school." My dad nodded. "All right. As long as it's fine with your mother." I loked over at my mother for approval, and she nodded, laying slices of bacon on her plate. The food went fast. My family were heavy eaters, although it didn't look like we were. We were all tall and skinny. I set my dishes in the sink, and went to my room to get some clean clothes on. I settled for a t-shirt and jeans. I combed my thick black hair with my fingers, brushed my teeth for a few seconds, and slipped a hoodie on just before grabbing the handle of the front door. "I'll be back within a few hours." I called, opening the door. Just as I closed the door behind me I heard my mom yell her "ok" back at me. Despite being sunny, the air was crisp, and cold. "1356 Oak Drive." I told myself, trying to remember which street was Oak Drive. I walked down my street, checking each street sign, until I saw one that read "Oak Drive." I turned onto the street, and noticed the sidewalk was smoother, and had less cracks than the sidewalk that ran in front of my house. I gazed up at the large houses- no, mansions that towered above me. Each house was at least 3 stories high. My jaw dropped in awe of the magnificent houses, which were all unique in their own way. My eyes stopped on the house that read 1356. It was white, as Elizabeth had told me, and stood 4 stories high. There was a round-a-bout driveway, with a fountain in the middle. I walked up towards the house, trying to flattenmy hair. I hoped I didn't look like a hobo, or something. I walked up the porch, and knocked on the huge oak door, and waited for a reply. I heard footsteps shuffle towards the door, and it hit me that the house seemed so... familiar. Someth- my thoughts were interupted when the door opened.

"Jack?" I stood there, silent, staring into the eyes of Griffin, my best friend. "Griffin? It- what are you doing here?!" I demanded franticly. "Oh, this is my mom's house. You always go over to my dad's house." He explained. It made sense, his parents were divorced. "Do you know the name..." I hesitaed. "Elizabeth?" Griffin stood there, frozen, like a statue. His mouth was open, and I could tell he was trying to speak, but he didn't trust his voice to hold. "She sent me here." I hoped I didn't sound too ridiculous. His pained expression turned into a smile, and he hugged me with all of his might, his tears dripping onto my shirt. "She's at peace."

You're not real."
