Unfair to 20C$.
From what I know, 20C$ can be used to buy a Store Pet, and when that's traded away, fetch about a late 09 Rare. The pets in there don't really amount up to an 09 uncommon, let alone a early 10 uncommon.

Technically, unfair to the Cake Dog, but due to the Red Rose's current demand, that should bump it up to roughly Flop-Eared September level... the Red Rose will have to add a '10 Rare or something like that, just to patch up the gap. :)

That's definitely unfair to the Store Pets. 1 should be enough, but that'd be a tad bit unfair to the 09 Rare.
