The blankets remind me of something, but I can't quite put my finger on it - maybe something related to old tapestry designs?

i love all the bird discussion this month!!!!!
i love the hummingbird idea, but when i first saw the purple-headed chicks i thought of this Australian fairywren!!
not sure if the fairywren theory holds up still, but there are a few blue species that may resemble the other two outcomes we have so far?? either way i'm very stoked to see how they turn out >:)

Is there a bird that looks like the blue one from today? So pretty :0 I don't know much about the more colorful bird species. I am a huge fan tho

I don't know how they keep making every month's litters so entirely captivating, but major props to the team <3 c':

Also, the butterfly wolves?!! I love pets with a lot of stage changes, these are so cool ^^

Someone on this thread suggested that this dog would be octopus themed, but with how it looks right now it doesn’t seem likely.

Maybe the Royal Sunangels hummingbird?? It’s a bit of a stretch since it’s a very different shade.

People mentioned Hummingbirds, which I didn't think of when I made my original guesses. From left to right, possibly Costa's Hummingbird, Bee Hummingbird, and Blue-Headed Hummingbird?

Edit: New baby looks like a Blue-Throated Hummingbird!


Still looking for alternates for the second and third birdies, as I feel my guesses aren't perfect ^^
