Hoard Discussions Thread v.7!

hello!
I just started a new hoard today, I was in love when I saw the new store pets ;;
These are a combination of a lot of my favorite things.
I especially love this outcome, because his little pine tree at night vibes just strike home to me.
But the other outcomes grew on me so quickly.
I'm not sure what my goal is long term, but I'm gonna try trading to get to 20 first <3





A few of my other hoards include:

This galaxy dog litter, this hoard is completed but I absolutely love them so much.
They are so special to me, and I hit 40 of them but that felt like the perfect number.

and these precious guys:

They seem to evade me pretty easily for whatever reason haha, so I'm at 24/40 goal for them. But I've always loved the blue balloon and galaxy dogs so the fact that they mixed them together? was such a cool design to me.

I guess you can tell I love stars and night time huh? hah

Oh yeah, this is perfect.
I couldn't help but start hoarding these little guys,

and their variants (AKA the pride flag rats) when they came out.
Literally no goal besides getting as many of these as I can.

and these beautiful dogs,

Which are probably the most difficult out of my hoards to get or find, ironically enough.

As well as the 2023 Punk Lions! Specifically the Green, Orange PPS and Pink ones. Especially the Pink ones. I love them very much.

I've started my first hoard collecting the Winter Solstice dragons from this New Years!! I think they're so gorgeous <3

I had to make a hoard of each of these outcomes. I REALLY love the green one, but the Keldeo-looking one intrigued me so I had to have it too. The store pets haven't really been gripping me lately but these guys? *chef's kiss* Amazing!

Tfw when you start a hoard of VCs 6 years ago and now they’re all VUC and the goal becomes tedious instead of fun

Maybe I should try again and get myself in gear… faster this time…

P.S. Overall not complaining cuz now I have crazy fodder

This, but with most of my fox and dragon groups!
I'm actually getting closer with some of my 2014 foxes, but I'll be darned if these things aren't super hard to find. Even the common ones can be a pain just simply because the older users are fewer and farer between these days. Some of them I've just had to rarity cap at their current place because there wouldn't have been a snowballs chance anyway. My 2015 Halloween Eastern PPSs are an example of that.

And on the fodder note; mmmaaaaannn you have no idea what you'll open up for yourself adjusting rarity caps. I just knocked down my 2015 Easter flower lions (To 10 each) and now I have a nice chunk of VRs to spare, hah. More lion fodder for me.

those are some pretty nice numbers, I must say! How do you keep track of what you have in there, though? See mine are all separated by Litter/clutch and date. It's much easier for me to have them in their groups so I know exactly how much I have of what, but I did used to have everything in one big group. Now-a-days my groups are probably a bit headache inducing if you aren't used to them, hah. But they're all neatly sorted in sections, Like so;

I haven't gone through all my hoard sections yet to add their rarity dots, but that's a work in progress. They're more or less a readily visual indicator for me on how many each group will end up with. Made a neat little cheat sheet for myself too;
