each grinner is worth 2 MAs and I think that the other pets add up to around 5 MAs. so, their side adds up to 9 MAs, while the sorbet is worth 5-7 MAs. therefore they are overpaying rarity wise. their side does have a lot of butterfly wolves and spiders, which are lower demand. still, I would say that this is overpay.
(maybe you should ask for a second opinion, I might be wrong)
