Lady's clue hunt has me very confused.

I want to find out what the clue is, so I'm determined, but I can't find it, so it makes me want to give up out of frustration, but I want to know what the clue is still so I get determined to find it again. It's a big ol' cycle of confusion and frustration.

I still don't know what she (Lady's pronouns are she/her right? I've been using those because I haven't seen anyone else use anything different) means by partners in crime xc

So, to start with, the clue states to find "one of my favorite CS pets", so looking for my absolute favorite (which is the blue/orange swirl dog I hoard, in case anyone wants to knowif you have any I will pay nicely to buy 'em from you pls give me them all :U <333) will not be of assistance. However, I have quite a few other casual favorites that I like. The pet (not it's partner in crime) I do not hoard, but I wish I did. Also, I wouldn't pay so much attention to the word "partner" as I would "crime". A lot of you are thinking of famous duos I might like on shows or books, but if I were to show you these two pets you probably wouldn't think of them as partners. However, if the word "crime" was put above them, you might be able to think of the connection.

They are indeed in the same pet group as well, so no need to spend time trying to find pets that aren't in different groups. I wouldn't be that evil :'D

*huge shrug* the monocle reminds me of those detectives you see in shows, and the rat just looks suspicious to me, with the patch over its eyes

The flowerpot is probably my second (maybe even tied for first) favorite pet on CS, but that's not the pair. C:
I like your efforts though! But they don't seem to have a lot to do with crime, and I'm not sure how putting them together would help you figure out my cat's name ;]

This pet looks like they could have something to do with crime, with the big bag of loot. Of course, if it is one of them, I have no idea what the other would be.
