Both can easily be counted as hoards - it's just another theme in case of the latter ^^

Why can't you consider your Advent groups as hoards?

With every Event and Advent, I work very hard to make sure I get each pet (there are some I'm still missing, but they ended up on the Advent list now ). St. Patty's Day, Valentine's Day, etc. are hoarded by me. I have the groups split up into Advent Pups, Advent Ratties, and so on, and had been told that they aren't hoards; they're collections. I felt like my dreams and hopes had been dashed down due to being told this. I work just as hard (mayhaps not as hard as some) for each pet I have. I've even gifted out of my own hoards to help another. I have no idea of why I'd be told this. My newest hoard is the hamster rats.

I am seriously considering a new hoard of these lil' guys after picking one up from the Pound, but I don't know whether my fodder can handle it. Cx

Dang, y'know, if I had any Mohawks I'd totally help you out, but of course those happen to be the one outcome of the litter that I don't hoard D:

As for the rat dog: black fur, red eyes - I'd go for it xD
...But that might just be me. I'm a sucker for pets with red eyes x3

Let me tell you that those bwolves are one of my favourites c:

I stared at the dressed up one in 5:44's signature and slowly felt my heart fall in love with the design.
I don't know why it took me so long. Maybe it's just because they named the pet "Forest" that I made the connection at all, but...
Those dogs now remind me of a really dark forest.
...And I happen to have one of that kind in one of my stories c:
So now I can't help it but want to hoard those two outcomes.
I'll have two seperate groups for them, and ...hmm, 30 each seems like a nice goal.
Might have to change that, seeing how the pink one is uncommon already, but for now...

"I Daham Selur" and "Dul Rhel Illuram" should do.
I have 20 (soon 22) hoards inspired by the same story universe, but not a single one has a name in one of its languages.
This needs to be changed x3

Do any of you ever have the problem that you know the name for a hoard, but don't know a pet for it?
I'd really like to start a hoard called "Silent Waters" (because reasons), but even by looking through the archive I still didn't find any pets that I'd associate with it.
Guess I'll just write the name down in case I ever find a fitting pet, but ...srsly, I can't be the only one with that problem, can I? I've had this happen before, with "Lords of Polaris". Didn't know how to start a hoard with that name, until the Glow Owls came out.

I absolutely need 300 of this outcome.
I don't care how hard it will be to get them.
I don't care if I have to overpay for them.
I don't care if I'll have to auction off valuable pets to reach my goal.
I only know that I love this dog insanely much. It is perfect.

So many bunnies in my hoard are turning rare! I'm not sure whether I should be happy or sad!

I mean, now I have some nice, more valuable bunnies that I can be proud of and admire, but at the same time... It'll be harder for me to get them!

Not to mention, my rare bunnies are all put in my 2nd bunny hoard (uncompleted) of 999. Meaning... Now my first hoard of 999, that once was completed, is now missing around 19 bunnies after scrambling to get a total of 60 something non-rare bunnies to try to fill up that hoard again soon

Looks like my plan to save my fodder for when next Easter's bunnies first get their rarities or after the hype dies down, isn't working so well!
