I mean the cat looks like a night sky. Also, there is this girl who spills melted candle wax on the beast and wakes him condemning him to a fate of living with his stepmother. The ink splatters look like candle wax dripping. There is a golden spinning wheel, apple and comb. The yellow thing looks like a comb to me. Someone else help please? I'm not sure.
You have figured it out.
I will now officially confirm my kitty.
This little one:

Great job with figuring out my hints! I was trying to make them tricky this year, but maybe I made them slightly too tricky. Out of all the lyrics, only the Disney/Pixar lyric ones held any clues.
♫Just keep swimming♫ (Finding Nemo/Dory) <-- I was trying to give the hint about the color blue being a primary color in my kitty.
♫And at last I see the light, And it's like the sky is new, And it's warm and real and bright♫ (Tangled) <--- Supposed to represent the little lights in the cloud and can mean day
♫Have you ever heard the wolf cry to the blue corn moon♫ (Pocahontas) <-- Represents night
♫'Cause you'll be in my heart, Yes, you'll be in my heart♫ (Tarzan) <-- Representing love
♫Chase the wind and touch the sky I will fly♫ (Brave) <--- The tail of the kitty looks like clouds
♫They can't tell me who to be, Cause I'm not what they see, Yeah, the world is still sleeping, While I keep on dreaming for me♫ (Treasure Planet) <-- Appearances can be deceiving
♫All those days in the sun, What I'd give to relive just one, Undo what's done, And bring back the light♫ (Beauty and the Beast) <-- This one was the key hint. My kitty is somewhat based off of a Norwegian fairy tale called "East of the Sun and West of the Moon". I purposely choose a song that was from a live action movie because the Norwegian fairy tale is relate-able to Beauty and the Beast.
The picture of the butterfly was mostly just a troll hint, but it was also to give you an idea that my cat will have to do something with the sky.
You all did an amazing job figuring out my kitty.
Without anything more to say, my kitty this year is a male named Isbjørn. Isbjørn means Ice Bear and in the Norweigan story, there is a white bear/polar bear in it, thus I used the concept with a bit of a twist.
