Counting the bulk to be about 1.5-2 ma, then the patchy pink @ 1.5 ma

The dragoncat I would value at a mid sept low main, so about 2-3 ma
Meaning that you stand to get more from bid 1
That being said, the dragoncat would be easier to trade off
If you wanted to go the c$ route you could probably get more from the zodiac set itself than either bid anyways.
It is more valuable. They are under by quite the sum. I would decline.
