i think if it was one year of staff pets it could count, but all years? i dunno.

I think 'staff litter pets' could work as a theme hoard, they don't have to be from the same year as long as they belong to the same theme. It's clearly defined enough, too - it's either a staff pet or it isn't, so there's no gray area.

To have an artist as theme is impossible to check, but this is easy to check

As far as I see it, "staff pet" isn't the theme the pet is based around the same way that "fire" or "black and white" are design themes.

The staff litter is a sort of event for the community. Chinese new year could be a theme, why not this? The staff always goes crazy with line edits, designs etc.
I really applaud this to be under this catagory. It doesnt feels wrong to me, i dont see why not. In a way it is a design style, since staff put something personal in it. Whoch makes it a very special litter.

The theme is all about the design of the pet and the staff litter outcomes don't share the same/similar theme at all.
I agree, it doesn't fit under this category.

However I do think it would be nice to see it, so maybe a new category could be added.
As somebody said before it is very easy to see whether somebody really hoards just staff pets or not. ^^
