How is This trade demand wise? i know some of my pets have high demand, but i dont know if the pickle would still have more demand or not

I'm not the best but I haven't seen the pickle/cucumber go for alot demand wise. I think demand wise, it's unfair to you. Again, I'm not the best at this :P! I would get another persons thoughts.

Thats incorrect, demand wise Pickles go for 1 non your side is around only 2 sorbets or so.

demand is user-based, and people will value the ur cucumber differently. from what i've heard, it can fetch a non, but it may require some patience. considering that, it's up to you whether you want to take your chances with it. trading down in general might also be a bit difficult if that'll be your ultimate goal with the ur cucumber/non.

I'm really unsure. I know it's overpay demand and rarity wise, however I've struggled immensely to trade off nons.

Both are fair but maybe overpay on their side because sometimes an Eat Me can fetch a 1.5 nons while a BA Can only usually fetch 1 sorbet - 1 non from experience I paid a UR Phoenix for an Eat Me

I would personally take it as I've been offered UR lion+ for eat me alone. From what I know, the BA goes for non+ small at most.
