The first one is slightly unfair to you. If you don't like items, and like their pet better, it isn't too bad of a trade.
Second is extremely unfair to you. I recommend canceling immediately as your items are worth a lot more than a couple of recent rares.

i cant help with the items but the lion is only worth 6-7 09 rares so the trade is unfair. even adding in demand of a lion vs a rat its unfair. their side is worth 11+ 09 rares
