This is just beautiful.....many years ago I took a class that taught us how to draw with charcoal, tea and different types of ink. This rooster reminds me so much of this class!! Happy Memories from a lovely rooster.

One of my long time residents at work George and his wife Marge call each other Chicken. It's their pet name for each other.
Neither knows why, one said it one day probably fifty years ago and it just stuck.

Marge is dying of Leukemia. Before she got really sick she'd come in religiously every afternoon and sit with her husband. Rain or shine. Last night was the first time she's been in since before Christmas now. Her daughter brought her and she's not well at all.

Anyway... If the second outcome is a hen I'm naming them George and Marge.
