Don't get me wrong when I say this, I love these pups. They're really cute. x3 But was this color change really needed? I could understand if there was some sort of design change or items added, like the little dangly item slowly changing or something. But all that happened here was a color change from grey to purple. It could have started out as purple and it would have ended up doing the same thing for us. I loved it when you did the multiple stages on the gourd dogs, Blu, as we could clearly see that they were ripening as they changed. Even the last litter, there were some design changes other than just color changes. This one just seems completely unneeded to me, though, and I'm honestly growing tired of the multiple stage dogs, especially when they're all from the same artist. I'd love to see some normal growing pets from you, Blu. It kinda feels like you're just doing the multiple stages because you can and everyone liked it the first time, whether it makes sense or not. Again, don't get me wrong, I love these dogs, I think they're really cute. <33 I just don't see why the color change was needed. =/

I agree. purple isn't my favorite color, and I liked the grey shade.

That's definitely part of it. I like being surprised with special things like multiple stages. But how it is right now, if I see a litter of dogs done by Blu, I expect there to be multiple stages and it takes the excitement out of it.

Blu's shown to be a fairly clever artist so far. I'd give her the benefit of the doubt, and expect there's a reason for the color change. ^_^

I like the color change, because you never know how it's going to end up. If it happened every month I'd be perfectly happy.
