What years are they from? There could be a gap.

Very unfair to you. A 2009 rare is worth around 35-55c$? Correct me if I'm wrong

What about this one to? Is it fair rarity AND DEMAND wise? I don't like rats, so I don't know.
Would you accept these trades?

They are both really nice offers, the first one is overpay by 5C$, the store pets and the lion have good demand so it's really just about personal preference!
The UR rat usually goes for a sorbet and it's a great overpay for your non balloon. The thing is that it takes really long to trade rats away so you probably shouldn't take it if you really wouldn't like to keep the rat for too long

Would a sock dog be worth a hollyfox dog?

The hollyfox dog goes for about a tier 8-9 advent with demand. The hollyfox dog would need to add 2 (?) '09 rares + '09 uncommon.

i would say a tier 7 advent + a low-mid advent, it depends how you value them though :)
