It is unfair to the nick pet and the dragon as the nick pet is a very rare from 09 and the Shima is a rare from 09.
The Shima is only worth a 09 rare, no more and no less.
Demand does not really accumulate the worth of a pet.
This thread is for asking if a trade is fair. Of course you can get more out of a Shima because of demand, but that does not mean that this trade is not fair to the Nick Pet.
In addition, the Shima is not worth a list pet, so if you trade a list pet for it, it is your loss.
Please do not give false advice.

Unfair to the cake dog's side, I believe the side with the patch dog has maybe half the worth of the Cake Dog, going off the list as I am reading it now, that is.
