Same! The second stage is so cute! I've been holding off on hoarding them just in case I don't like the adult stage. :)

I have 2 Ponys still growing and a hyena pup and one of the seed rats.

Maybe I'm blind...but how in the world can one tell the differences between the first and second hyena like pups? I know I have at least one of both (as I had a couple and then a couple of days later more popped) but for the life of me I can't tell the difference! At least the grey pup look a likes have different eye colors!

Congrats, you've solved the mystery XD.

I absolutely LOVE tortoise beetles, they are mindblowingly fascinating insects with so.damn.much.pattern.variety it's unbelievable. Right now you can't really identify most of the foals because they will look a lot different once they are fully grown, though. You'll have to wait and see ^^.

To be fair I wouldn't have been able to guess Tortoise Beetle if not for the hint about someone getting close but making a joke about it xD which I assumed was the Ladybird Post (@Devious Romancer)

Didn't know about Tortoise Beetles before this, just looked up Beetles and saw

Couldn't be coincidence how much it looked like the Pony

The first two growths were identical. They didn't get noticeable until the pale one.
