This new one reminds me of baby Simba at the beginning when Rafiki rubs the dust on him... And the newborn's sun looks an awful lot like this:

Well there kinda is a mark that looks like that on the center of the tail. At least that's what it looks like to me but it's pretty small.

It doesn't really matter if fortune cookies are actually Chinese, since they're not lunar new year pets. If they were, I'd be very annoyed, but since they're not, I really don't have a problem.

I don't really have a problem with it. Its just a funny thing. I can imagine Tess sorting through all the pets that everyone's made and thinking it would be a fitting to stick the Fortune Cookies in the same month as the Chinese New Year, especially since that first adopt became full grown on the same day, and we all found out what they were.
The fact that they aren't actually Chinese is merely a fun little factoid, which makes the whole thing that much more amusing to me.

Love the kitty, but sadly, I've already got two of them, only one baby left.
And I still have some late adopts left... Sigh. This month seems bad for a lot of people, I wish it was last month again. I got almost every outcome last month. Except.. I might like this month's kitties a lot better so far... >.>
