Way unfair for BE galaxy side. The very rare rat only goes for rare Septembers or Octobers in bulk.
Add rare dogs to your side if you have any.

my opinion is no way. A black eyed galaxy is worth WAY more than that, even if you added the rats.

add as many rares as you are willing to give up, and add tons more 08s.
