In the last day or so. I could have sworn over the weekend it was uncommon.

I know last week it was uncommon because I was switching things around. :'D - I didn't even notice you mentioned it D: *didn't steal Nevers thunder*

I'm quite pleased about this. Although I was hoping to get a few more this month if possible because it is one of my favourite designs. :'D One is fine thought I reckon :3

It was on the last page, but I'm just happy I got one before it turned rare! It's such a nice looking outcome. :3

Yeah he have been uncommon for a looong time^^ The last 2009 dog (not including the 2nd gens) turned uncommon many months ago and it was not this guy X3
