I tried submitting my bow hoard that was more than 900; but because it was prone to human error when counting, there can't be item hoards.

The way -Firestar-'s done it is so that all item hoards above 100 go on the records, as long as they're submitted here. She made it so that there's no competition between the hoards, probably because of the fact that you can't actually prove how many you have.

Not seeing your name in the record book other than largest store hoard. Which record is this?

I'm not sure... I'm little confused from the list... maybe the biggest dogs hoard 2011? or the biggest hoard dog from one month from 2011? ^^

That record holder has 1080 dogs. If you want to re-submit your hoard (I'm guessing someone had more than you, that's why you're not on the list anymore) then you'd have to re-submit the entry.
