I believe that is the light heart rat, which is a tier 6 September and worth 33-40 2009 rares. Someone correct me if I'm wrong! o_o

Their side is worth 8-9 2009 rares, which would make it unfair to you. But, if we add in the demand of the dogs and the dragon cat, their side is worth about 20 2009 rares? Though, that being said, rats aren't hugely popular and many users offer unreasonably high for the complete star sign set, so they might not want the rat for them.
